Dang Fireworks!
I got hit with a firework tonight.
Yeah it kinda sucked! It was shot and went off and then the still super hot shell decided to hit the back of my left shoulder. But don’t fret. I survived.
It was great today though. Not just because the food is always awesome and I get to see family and have social time. But everyone seemed to be paired today. And maybe on a small level there’s some envy and it gets a little sad but even if that’s true it was okay today. See everyone joined at the hip with some significant other was nice. Why? Well it’s simple really.
For the first time today I got a good look and a good chance to really talk and have random, fun conversations with the boyfriends of 2 cousins of mine who I’ve gotten closer to in the past few years. They’ve both been with these guys for a LONG time but today I just to got to see what makes them awesome. They were very different but both nice, really funny, good looking, awesome guys who seem perfect for my cousins. It was sad realizing I don’t have that right now but so awesome to see how great it can be for others you care about. So congrats to the 4 of them and I wish/hope for the very best and magical of happiness to all of you…
I hope all of you had a great 4th of July. Tomorrow I might begin the early stages of planning yet another Disney vacation!!! We’re going to call some numbers and get a few things straightened out and hopefully all the answers are the ones we want to hear and we will be officially writing our next Disney chapter!!! I can’t wait. I just love it there so much. Main St., U.S.A. is the one place I know I belong.
